Is my payment safe?
Yes. You pay the factory directly, not through us.
We do not hold or control your money.
Who controls the factory and production?
You do.We act on your behalf to communicate with factory, but all key decisions made by you.
When do I pay your service fee?
Our 2%–3% service fee is charged only after all agreed services are completed, including factory audits, QC inspections, and photo/video reporting, on site visits etc.
Any other charges besides service fee?
Our team is based in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province. Guangdong Province is one of the main manufacturing hubs in China. Our service fee includes on-site factory inspections within Guangdong Province.
If clients require our team members fly to other provinces or cities to conduct factory inspections, the additional travel expenses will need to be borne by the client.
What proof do I receive during production?
You receive real photos and videos from the factory floor, production line, packaging, and finished goods—so you always know what’s happening.
If required, we can arrange a live on-site video session, allowing you to observe the factory’s actual production process in real time.
Can I work with my existing suppliers?
Absolutely. We can assist you with your current factories or help you evaluate new ones.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with importers, brand owners, wholesalers, e-commerce sellers, as well as OEM and ODM clients
Do you take commission from factories?
Strictly No.
We are on buyer’s side. We work exclusively for our clients and are paid only by buyer, ensuring a fair supplier evaluation.
If you notice that any members of our company has taken commission/benefits from the factory, please inform us immediately. We will take serious disciplinary action.
Why not source directly by myself?
Many clients do, but often delays, miscommunication, misunderstanding, and quality risks.
Some clients who have tried our services found that is is more effective. Most of our clients recognize the value of our services and consider our charges is fair and reasonable.
